Household Economy Analysis Service

The government authority located in State is seeking high-quality technical expertise to directly deliver or support the delivery of Household Economy Analysis (HEA) products. The agency needs to solve the challenge of gathering thorough, evidence-based data to inform decision-making, future programming, and innovative uses of the HEA tool. This initiative aims to support shock-responsive social protection, children's well-being, gender analyses, climate adaptive programming, and improved integration with the Cost of the Diet tool. The scope of work covers leading or supporting HEA baselines, which includes conducting classroom trainings, overseeing data collection, leading data analyses, and providing feedback on participant performance. The selected supplier must lead or support the writing of thorough baseline reports and conduct seasonal, forecast-based, or scenario-based outcome analyses. Additionally, the project requires leading trainings in outcome analysis, helping Save the Children consolidate and improve structured capacity-building programs, supporting a certification scheme with online trainings, and leading learning webinars. Eligible bidders must be onshore United Kingdom organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. All clarification questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
