Transit Tracking and Reporting System

The agency is seeking an intuitive, highly configurable transit tracking and reporting system to increase transparency and accountability. The software platform must be accessible through a modern web browser and provide user technical support. This system will allow users to submit applications, budgets, required reports, reimbursement requests, and vehicle requests, while also serving as a tool to communicate and maintain records. The system must offer real-time visibility to complete submissions in a single format rather than using various data file formats. The agency requires custom defined data fields, workflow and approval automation, financial tracking, and financial reporting. The platform must also include an option to archive older records to ensure the system only displays current records and performs efficiently. The scope of work includes offline caching and editing capabilities to support field operations for asset inspections and grant site visits where internet connectivity is limited or unavailable. The system must support complete asset lifecycle tracking from acquisition through disposal, including procurement, commissioning, maintenance scheduling, condition assessment, depreciation calculation, and retirement workflows. Additionally, the platform must maintain historical records of all asset-related activities and integrate with GIS and mapping systems for spatial visualization, location-based searches, and infrastructure planning. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to participate in this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and they must include a budget proposal as the agency has not disclosed a set budget.
