Home and Community-Based Services for Individuals with Intellectual, Developmental Disabilities

The government authority located in Georgetown, Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide home and community-based services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This program serves as an alternative to institutional services for individuals with disabilities, including brain injury and autism spectrum disorder. The requested scope of work covers assistive technology, career assessment and exploration, financial coaching, medical residential habitation, nurse consultation, and orientation and mobility. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to define the cost of these services. The contract period will run for one year.
