International Group Transportation Services

The government authority located in Concord, New Hampshire requires international group transportation services during the winter operating seasons from December 2026 through April 2028. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of transferring students from multiple schools and locations on any given day, including holidays. The scope of work covers morning pick-ups between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and afternoon pick-ups between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Bidders must demonstrate the capability to transport between 15 and 200 passengers per school using the minimum number of vehicles possible, with each bus accommodating a maximum of 51 people.
