Group Transportation Services

The New Hampshire Parks and Recreation department is seeking a licensed company to provide international group transportation services for the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 seasons. The agency needs to transport international students to and from lodging properties and the Cannon Mountain area, primarily within the Linwood and Franconia state regions. This service solves the agency's need for reliable, coordinated transit during specific daily windows, generally between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and again between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The scope of work requires the selected provider to transport a minimum of 15 passengers and a maximum of 200 passengers per school, utilizing as few vehicles as possible based on official Function Sheets. The agency requires high operational flexibility to accommodate changing conditions at the resort and lodging properties. To ensure efficiency, the provider must not use a single bus for consecutive trips unless the agency confirms the arrangement in advance, though exceptions are permitted during emergencies to maintain the schedule. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and all transportation services must be performed onsite in New Hampshire. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
