A government authority in Florida is seeking a vendor to provide health and lifestyle services to reduce food insecurity, improve nutrition outcomes, and decrease the burden of preventable chronic disease among residents. The agency requires a program that integrates standardized food insecurity screening and delivers brief evidence-based nutrition counseling. The selected vendor must also provide closed-loop referrals connecting patients to Feeding Florida affiliates, Farm Share, Fresh Access Bucks, SNAP enrollment assistance, and other community food resources. The project scope includes deploying digital tracking tools embedded in Electronic Health Record workflows to confirm referral closure and support population-level outcome reporting. The agency also requires the provision of provider nutrition Continuing Medical Education stipends to build long-term clinical capacity. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the services.
