Regional Post Permanency Consortia Services

The Virginia Department of Social Services, located in Glen Allen, Virginia, is seeking a vendor to provide regional post-permanency consortia services. The agency aims to promote the economic and social well-being of children, families, individuals, and communities by delivering compassionate and effective human services. To prevent family crises, the selected vendor must help families manage challenging child behaviors and assist them in navigating the healthcare system, including Medicaid. The scope of work requires the delivery of a kinship navigator program that provides information, referral, education, and advocacy for kinship families. The agency requests comprehensive case management, mental health clinical services, intensive post-permanency services, and miscellaneous post-permanency services. Additionally, the vendor must enhance crisis intervention services and provide crisis support. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contract period will span one year, and the work may be performed either onsite or offsite.
