The agency needs a partner to solve its daily financial management challenges by providing basic banking services, including receiving deposits, paying items, sending and receiving wired funds, stop payments, and time deposits. The selected institution will manage a cash management account, an accounts payable account, a payroll account, a worker's compensation fund, and an international transfer account. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The scope of work requires the performance of all banking services to be conducted offsite.
