Examination Services

The Florida government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive examination services to evaluate the financial and operational health of regulated entities. The selected vendor must examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, records, and assets of each authorized insurer, prepaid limited health service organization, discount plan organization, and health maintenance organization. This initiative aims to ensure regulatory compliance and financial solvency among these organizations. The scope of work requires the performance of all examination activities offsite. The contract period will span one year from the date of award. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this undertaking. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the solicitation no later than May 14, 2026.
