High-Dosage Tutoring Services

The East Baton Rouge Parish School System is seeking organizations to provide school-day embedded, high-dosage tutoring services for low-performing students in grades kindergarten through five. The agency is implementing this initiative through the Accelerate high-dosage tutoring program to address learning gaps in early childhood education. The selected providers must deliver sustained tutoring for a minimum of ten weeks and utilize regular assessments throughout the school year to monitor student progress. The scope of work requires the use of high-quality instructional materials that align with Louisiana state content standards and are specifically designed for supplemental instruction. Personnel delivering the tutoring must have specific training in these high-quality instructional materials and must receive ongoing oversight during the program. All tutoring activities will take place offsite rather than at the agency facilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency accepts digital proposal submissions via email or through their online portal. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals from interested bidders and has not disclosed a set funding limit.
