Property, Liability, and Workers’ Compensation Insurance Coverages Services

The Sanford Airport Authority is seeking a comprehensive insurance program to support its ongoing operations as a public-use commercial service airport in Sanford, Florida. The agency needs coverage for a range of exposures typical to an airport environment, including property, crime, public officials errors and omissions liability, law enforcement liability, automobile liability and physical damage, cyber liability, and workers’ compensation and employers’ liability. The property coverage must include equipment, boiler, and machinery. The agency requires specific valuations to be included in the proposals. Coverage must be on an agreed amount with no coinsurance, and all covered locations within the Statement of Values must be valued at replacement cost. Equipment must be valued at actual cash value. Eligible bidders must be onshore, United States organizations only. The selected partner must perform all work offsite at the partner's own office location.
