Medicaid Billing Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide Medicaid billing services that support community-based organizations delivering reentry services to individuals returning from incarceration. The selected provider must conduct an administrative and technical infrastructure audit, which includes identifying internal system gaps, performing compliance and data security reviews, and executing service continuity mapping. Additionally, the scope of work requires the vendor to establish educational alignment and resource navigation in partnership with peer navigation staff and case management. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency has scheduled the deadline for all questions for May 14, 2026. A pre-proposal conference will take place on May 27, 2026.
