Curricula Development Cooperative Agreement Program Service

The National Institute of Standards and Technology, a government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking partners to develop undergraduate and graduate level curricula that incorporate documentary standards, standards development, and standardization of information and content. The agency is trying to solve the lack of student preparation regarding standards, aiming to educate students so they enter the workforce or continue their studies with a strong understanding and appreciation of the value and benefits of standardization. The scope of work requires the development of seminars, modules, courses, and learning resources. The selected partner must develop sustainable, replicable approaches, methods, and models that other colleges and universities can use to integrate documentary standards into their own curricula. Additionally, the project requires the development and implementation of a plan to broadly disseminate project information, results, and outcomes through internal and external outreach. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific pre-determined funding limit or key project dates in the initial solicitation.
