The Tri-County Technical College in Pendleton, South Carolina is seeking a qualified financial institution to provide comprehensive banking and depository services. The college needs a depository bank to manage the receipt and disbursement of funds, primarily through a master operations checking account that holds all deposited funds. To streamline operations, the bank must facilitate transfers from this master account to a payroll checking account to maintain a zero balance in the payroll account. The scope of work covers depository-related services, treasury and business-related services, and the security of all deposits. The selected institution must handle student and third-party sponsor accounts receivable, accommodating payments made via cash, check, e-check, and credit cards. Additionally, the college requires the management of compensating balance accounts to support its financial operations. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The work may be performed either onsite in Pendleton or offsite at the institution's facilities. The college is establishing a contract period of one year and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure.
