Group Health and Life Insurance Services

The Department of State, on behalf of the Government of the United States of America, is seeking group health and life insurance services for employees of the United States Embassy in the Sultanate of Oman. The agency requires a comprehensive benefits package to ensure its overseas personnel and their dependents have access to robust medical and life coverage. The scope of work covers a full spectrum of employee and dependent health services benefits. The selected provider must administer coverage for hospitalization, emergency services, ambulance transport, outpatient services, and obstetric and newborn care. Additionally, the program must include pediatric services, prescription drugs, preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, examinations and treatment, mental health and substance abuse services, and HIV/AIDS care. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency requires the provider to perform all work offsite at the provider's own office location.
