Design Engineering Services

The Douglas County Westark Joint Water Authority in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a vendor to provide design engineering services for its facilities. The authority needs to evaluate filter press selection assumptions and integration requirements to address its residuals management needs. To solve these operational challenges, the selected vendor must identify design challenges, constructability issues, and operational impacts through site visits and reviews of available as-built drawings, equipment data, and operational information. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The authority requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location.
