Workforce Support and System Development Service

The Vermont-based government authority in Waterbury is seeking a vendor to provide workforce support and system development services to strengthen rural health networks. The agency aims to improve technology and shared operations, bolster the rural health workforce, and ensure Vermonters receive affordable, timely, and appropriate care. The project scope covers implementation support via clinical champions, training and continuing education programs, clinical case management trainings, and evidence-based practice and workforce training. The selected vendor must deliver training curricula, recorded training modules, and evaluation reports assessing training effectiveness to the State. All performance of the work will occur offsite, and the agency allows digital response submissions via email or online. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the procurement no later than June 1, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted materials to select a provider capable of meeting these rural health workforce objectives.
