Site Continuous Improvement and Professional Learning Support Services

The Palmdale School District in Palmdale, California is seeking site continuous improvement and professional learning support services. The selected provider will design and deliver year-long, job-embedded professional learning plans focused on continuous improvement of school plans and goals. The agency requires model teaching, co-teaching, and in-person or online professional learning sessions for site teachers, site leader teams, and district department teams. The provider must deliver one-on-one and small-group coaching, establish actionable feedback cycles using research-based observation tools, and support the adaptation of current state content frameworks and core or intervention curriculum to state standards. The project spans multiple subject-specific and specialized support areas, including English language arts, foundational literacy skills, mathematics, science, biliteracy, and dual immersion pedagogy. The agency also requires support for specialized instruction for at-promise student populations, multi-tiered systems of supports, universal design for learning, and teacher or administrator development.
