Independent Audit Services

The City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, requires an onshore, United States-based independent audit firm to conduct annual financial statement audits for its Health Choices Program and Community Behavioral Health program. The agency is seeking to obtain independent auditor opinions on the program financial statements to ensure compliance and financial integrity. The selected auditor must perform all work in accordance with applicable professional standards and deliver separate financial statements, audit reports, and related communications for each program. The scope of work covers the delivery of final audited financial statements, independent auditor reports, and a management letter addressing internal control matters. The agency also requires the auditor to provide periodic audit status updates throughout the duration of the engagement. The contractor will perform all audit services offsite.
