A government authority located in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide professional third-party claims management and handling services for property and liability claims. The agency needs to solve the problem of managing, documenting, and evaluating claims by outsourcing these tasks to an onshore, United States-based organization. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The scope of work requires the vendor to establish and maintain claim files for each assigned claim and review incident reports along with supporting documentation. The vendor must interview claimants, witnesses, and involved parties, gather relevant documentation and evidence, and photograph damage or incident locations when applicable. Additionally, the vendor must document findings in written reports, evaluate liability and damages based on collected evidence, and identify potential exposure or risk factors associated with each claim. Finally, the agency requires professional analysis and written recommendations regarding claim disposition, including settlement or denial. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
