The City of Providence Department of Recreation is seeking a United States-based vendor to provide health, workforce, and education programming services. The project covers services that directly benefit residents in areas adjacent to three specific centers in Providence, Rhode Island. Supported projects must focus on directly enabling health, workforce development, and kindergarten through twelfth-grade education. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. Administrative requirements include attending regular program-related meetings with department staff and submitting bi-monthly line-item reimbursement invoices with appropriate backup documentation. The vendor must also submit semi-annual reports on activities, progress, and outcomes, utilizing project-specific metrics developed in collaboration with the department. A final report detailing outcomes, metrics, successes, barriers, and future recommendations is required at the end of the one-year contract period. The department is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has suggested a range of funding to reflect the supplemental nature of the award.
