GIS Consultant Services

The government authority in Washington requires a comprehensive GIS assessment and system documentation to restore institutional knowledge and establish a roadmap for future improvements. The agency needs a review of current ESRI infrastructure, identification of data sources and dependencies, and a determination of which datasets and feature services are currently active or utilized by Central Square. The scope of work includes technical support to resolve orphaned data issues, assist with Distributed Collaboration setup, and reconnect Central Square with ArcGIS Online feature services. The selected consultant must document all findings regarding architecture, design, and data sources while providing recommendations based on ESRI best practices. The agency expects suggestions for workflow efficiencies and regular progress meetings to facilitate knowledge transfer to city personnel. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency requires the vendor to perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. While the agency is currently seeking proposals to determine costs, all formal questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.
