Construction Management Services

The City of San Mateo Clean Water Program requires construction management services to upgrade aging infrastructure, enhance reliability, reduce inflow and infiltration, and provide capacity for wet weather flows. The selected provider will oversee the replacement of two aging centrifuges and associated necessary revisions to the solids dewatering system. Additionally, the scope of work includes managing the cleaning and repair of the Digester 1 interior and exterior, which includes installing a new mixer. Bidders must perform all work onsite in San Mateo, California, and must operate within the United States. The agency is contracting these services for a period of two years. The budget for this project is open, and the agency is seeking proposals to determine the cost. The agency requires Statement of Qualifications submissions to be prepared on eight-and-a-half by eleven-inch paper, though eleven by seventeen-inch sheets are acceptable for charts and graphs. The total submission must not exceed three eleven by seventeen-inch sheets of paper, utilizing both sides if necessary. Text and graphics must use a font size of eleven points or larger, and the document can use either portrait or landscape orientation. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 4, 2026.
