The Texas-based government authority is seeking a qualified financial institution to provide comprehensive depository services. The agency requires a consolidated account structure equipped with a sweep mechanism to optimize its cash management. Through this contract, the authority aims to secure automated cash management information, standard disbursing services, and robust deposit services. The scope of work covers remote deposit capture, positive pay protection, account reconciliation, and funds transfer and wire services. The selected provider must also deliver optical imaging, automated clearinghouse services, safekeeping services, detailed account analysis, and monthly statements. The agency will establish a contract period of two years for these offsite services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
