Charter Bus Services

The government authority in Denton, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide charter bus services. The agency requires all provided buses and equipment to be clean, in good working order, conforming to industry standards, and no more than eight years old. The selected vendor must maintain current maintenance and cleaning records for each vehicle and make them available for inspection by the university at all times. The scope of work requires all charter buses to feature operable cellular telephones or two-way radios capable of communicating with the vendor's dispatch office. Every bus must also include air conditioning, an operable on-board lavatory, on-board Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and television monitors. The agency requires all of this equipment to remain in fully operable condition throughout the entire term of the resulting contract. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The performance of the requested charter bus services will take place offsite.
