OT, PT, Itinerant Speech Therapy, TVI, and Itinerant Special Education Teacher Services

The City School District of Albany, New York, is seeking qualified vendors to provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, itinerant speech therapy, teacher of the visually impaired, and itinerant special education teacher services. The district requires these services for students attending district schools, private schools, parochial schools, charter schools, and those receiving home-based instruction. The selected provider must deliver classroom and program services, small-group classroom IEP consultation services, and individual or group IEP/504 services, including services for home-based students and summer programs. The scope of work also includes providing professional development to classroom and district staff on topics such as sensory integration and toileting. The provider must maintain Google classrooms and deliver both synchronous and asynchronous recorded sessions, including supplemental materials for absent or remote students. The district is conducting this performance of work offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The district is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
