Infrastructure and Regulation Complex Facility and Parking Lot Paving Service

The Horry, South Carolina government authority is seeking a contractor to provide facility and parking lot pavement improvements and upgrades at the 4401 Privetts Road Infrastructure and Regulation Complex. The agency is trying to solve the problem of deteriorating infrastructure by resurfacing and upgrading specific areas of the complex. The contract period for this project will span one year. The scope of work covers three distinct areas of the facility. For Area 5, which measures approximately 3050 square yards, the agency requires a two-inch lift of Hot Mix Asphalt Intermediate Type C and a two-inch lift of Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Type B. Area 6 requires the same two-inch lift of Hot Mix Asphalt Intermediate Type C and two-inch lift of Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Type B across an area of approximately 4200 square yards. For Area 7, which covers approximately 810 square yards, the agency requires a one-to-two-inch variable mill of the entire area, a two-inch lift of Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Type C or B, and parking lot striping for approximately 26 parking stalls, excluding the handicap accessible space. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
