Accounting Services

The Colorado government authority is seeking a vendor to provide accounting services for its operations. The agency needs to manage its financial records, contracts, and reporting to support the work of the authority and its board. The selected vendor will prepare the financial infrastructure, compile past financial documents, and determine the appropriate accounting tools. The scope of work requires the vendor to define and establish accounting standards, including a code of accounts, operational processes, and compliance checks. The agency requires strict adherence to all applicable rules and regulations regarding public funds, including Public Deposit Protection Act requirements for holding and investing public funds. The performance of this work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is offering a contract period of one year.
