Employee Benefits Plans Consulting Services

The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia is seeking comprehensive consulting and brokerage services for its employee health benefits programs and health and wellness strategy. The agency requires a partner to develop a strategic plan and an annual benefits roadmap to optimize its offerings. This initiative aims to address the ongoing management, design, and administration of the government authority's diverse employee benefits portfolio. The scope of work covers medical and health plans, Medicare supplement plans, basic life insurance, and optional portable life insurance. The selected partner must also manage medical stop-loss coverage, Employee Assistance Program services, and COBRA and HIPAA administration. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years to execute these services. Eligible bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place either onsite in Columbus, Georgia, or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
