Student Dormitory Move-In Assistance Service

The California government authority is seeking a vendor to provide student dormitory move-in assistance services. The agency needs to facilitate a rapid unloading process that takes only three to five minutes per vehicle as they pull into designated unloading areas. The project covers three specific areas indicated on the agency map for the first year of move-in, which can accommodate up to twelve, eleven, and twenty vehicles simultaneously. Staff must greet families, provide information about the unloading process, and unload all student belongings into carts. Workers will then direct students to begin moving in with their carts and direct drivers to move their vehicles to long-term parking. The agency requires this offsite performance under a contract period spanning three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. A mandatory pre-bid conference will take place on June 2, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 10, 2026.
