Federal Programs Training Program Service

The United States government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide a federal programs training program service. The agency needs to assist students in receiving adequate financial aid from programs assisted under Title IV of other programs. The project aims to improve the reporting of student and project performance, as well as project evaluation, to design and operate a model program for projects funded under the Federal Programs. The scope of work covers the assessment of student needs, retention and graduation strategies, and the use of appropriate educational technology in the operation of projects funded under the Federal Programs. The selected vendor must also address budget management and the statutory and regulatory requirements for operating these federally funded projects. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific evaluation criteria or key dates in the initial request.
