Medicaid Oasis Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Module Solution

The agency is seeking a Medicaid Oasis Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) module solution to implement, manage, and operate an open and hybrid model. This model allows provider agencies to continue using existing third-party technology while integrating with the broader Medicaid Optimized and Adaptable State Information System (OASIS). The project aims to reduce the complexity and cost associated with maintaining legacy point-to-point interfaces and manual data exchanges. The scope of work requires the implementation of visit verification methods that use GPS, biometrics, and other technologies to authenticate and record visits. The agency requires a system that functions as a module of the Medicaid Enterprise System, incorporating a system integrator and an operational data store. The solution must provide processing accuracy for visit scheduling, verification, and billing activities while integrating with external aggregators and alternate EVV systems. Bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The agency permits work to be performed either onsite or offsite. Evaluation will focus on the ability to integrate with existing Medicaid Management Information System components, including claims processing, financial management, and pharmacy drug management.
