The government authority located in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services. The agency requires a clean, sanitary, and odor-free environment across its facility, specifically targeting trash management, glass surfaces, water fountains, and restrooms. The project covers a one-year contract period with all work performed onsite. The scope of work requires removing all trash from cans to the dumpster, placing loose trash in large plastic bags, and ensuring all emptied trash cans have clean, soil-free liners.
