Learning and Skill Development Program Services

A government authority located in Pullman, Washington is seeking learning and skill development program services to build out programming and training focused on civil discourse and conflict resolution. The primary audience for this initiative is students, with additional opportunities for faculty and staff to engage. The agency intends for the program to support the student population's ability to engage constructively across difference, navigate disagreement, and develop practical skills for dialogue, mediation, and collaborative problem-solving in academic and community contexts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years.
