The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking a vendor to provide Medicare Advantage plan services to enhance healthcare services for retirees. The agency aims to foster a competitive environment that encourages innovation and access to cutting-edge solutions. The primary goals are to maintain or enhance current retiree medical benefits while achieving predictable and sustainable long-term cost trends. The scope of work requires ensuring comprehensive provider access with minimal disruption to retirees, including the specific ability to support care needs within assisted living facilities. The selected vendor must improve retiree communication and education through a dedicated service representative, a dedicated team, or a third-party resource for retiree advocacy. Additionally, the provider must ensure full compliance with all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Medicare Advantage, and Part D requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency expects the performance of all contract work to occur offsite. The contract term will span a period of five years, and the agency is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure.
