Construction Management at Risk Services

A government authority in Georgia is seeking Construction Management at Risk services to convert an existing school through renovations and additions. The agency requires preconstruction services, including estimating, value management, and budgeting. The selected partner will manage the demolition of the existing building to be replaced, as well as the new construction for additions and site work. The scope of work covers obtaining all permits, bonds, insurance, and other specified project requirements. The agency requires the coordination and scheduling of construction activities to align with occupancy needs. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated location in Georgia. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for the project. A pre-bid meeting will take place on June 8, 2026, and the agency must receive all questions regarding the project no later than June 12, 2026.
