Crossroads and Roundabout Construction Project Services

The Town of Windsor, Colorado, is seeking a contractor to provide crossroads and roundabout construction project services. The agency needs to improve local traffic infrastructure by constructing a connection at Falling Leaf Drive and installing detour pavement. This project aims to manage traffic flow safely and efficiently during construction by moving traffic to the north while work is underway. The scope of work covers constructing the southern portion of Crossroads Boulevard and installing detour pavement on Crossroads. Once this phase is complete, the contractor must remove the temporary detour pavement. The final stages of the project require finishing the curb and gutter, installing sidewalk, completing missing sections of full-depth asphalt, applying the top lift of asphalt, and installing lighting and landscaping. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite in Windsor, Colorado. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this construction project.
