The Maryland-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction services for a primary facility and an associated parking structure. The agency needs a state-of-the-art facility of approximately 750,000 gross square feet to accommodate about 2,400 people. This facility must support a variety of tenant occupancy functions with flexible sizes and configurations to facilitate mission, administrative, and support services. The scope of work also includes the expansion of the multi-level East Campus Parking Structure 4 to provide 1,758 structured parking spaces. The selected vendor must fully integrate all required utilities, connections, and secure telecommunication distribution systems into the facilities. All performance of the work must occur onsite at the Maryland location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations.
