The Iowa-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive real estate services for a contract period of three years. The agency needs assistance with property assessment, valuation support, transaction management, negotiation, closing coordination, compliance, and reporting. The selected partner will also manage listing requirements and market properties to maximize their value. The scope of work requires the vendor to discuss and recommend deed restrictions, verify or create legal and general property descriptions, and provide land parcel recommendations. The agency also needs strategies for lease assignments or terminations, as well as coordination with State Agencies regarding buffer zones around state-owned facilities and necessary access easements. To foster local engagement, the vendor must work with local banks to mobilize local ownership opportunities and collaborate with potential buyers to create buying pool opportunities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract.
