The scope of work covers financial and strategic planning services, alongside debt and investment management advisory services. The selected vendor will analyze and advise management regarding arbitrage rebate on debt issues and provide investment management services. Work performance may occur either onsite in Pittsburgh or offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The authority is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. The contract period will span three years from the date of award.
