The City of Warrensburg, Missouri is seeking a qualified financial institution to provide comprehensive banking and treasury management services. The agency requires a partner to manage account analysis, pledged collateral, deposit slips, coin bags, safe deposit boxes, wire transfers, ACH transfers, direct deposits, overdrafts, and stop payments. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver check reconciliation files, account detail, account reconciliation, interest rate earnings, cybersecurity, positive pay services, EDI and FEDI, balance reporting modules, and merchant services. The selected provider must deliver comprehensive training to designated agency personnel on all treasury management systems and banking services. This training must cover the online banking platform, ACH and wire processing procedures, positive pay administration, fraud prevention tools, reporting and reconciliation functions, and security and user administration procedures. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years, and the performance of the work must occur onsite in Warrensburg, Missouri. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
