The selected provider will maintain master zero-balance accounts, accounts payable, payroll, and auxiliary enterprise accounts. The scope of work requires daily electronic reporting of balances and transactions, automated clearing house services, and wire transfer capabilities. The agency is trying to secure its financial operations through the implementation of Positive Pay services for check fraud protection, automated clearing house debit blocks, and multi-level user authentication for online banking. The performance of these banking services will occur offsite. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to submit proposals. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services. The contract term will span five years.
