Purchasing Card (P-Card) Services

The City of Carlsbad, New Mexico, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive purchasing card services to support its government operations. The agency requires a robust system to manage card generation with immediate card numbers, online activation, card re-issuance, and real-time account closures. To streamline financial operations, the agency needs features for automatic expense allocation, online hierarchy creation, electronic limit adjustments, and real-time tracking of pending and posted authorizations. The scope of work covers security and fraud detection, detailed reporting for disputes and chargebacks, and the ability to edit or lift restriction codes.
