Stormwater Infrastructure Maintenance Services

The Town of Winter Park, Colorado, requires comprehensive maintenance services for its stormwater infrastructure to ensure the system functions at full capacity. The agency is seeking a vendor to remove sediment, rock, vegetation, and debris from the interior of various structures located within the town limits. This project aims to restore hydraulic efficiency through the use of vacuum or hydroblast cleaning methods. The scope of work covers three specific types of infrastructure: culverts, storm drains, and specialized treatment structures. Culverts include enclosed structures passing under roads or embankments that discharge to grade at both ends. Storm drains consist of underground pipes and associated manholes or inlets that convey street runoff. The project also includes maintenance of water quality vaults, backflow chambers, and trash catches designed to remove pollutants and debris before water enters natural channels. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. While the administrative response can be submitted digitally via email or online, the physical performance of the maintenance work occurs offsite at the designated infrastructure locations.
