Infectious Medical Waste Removal and Disposal Services

The Colorado government authority requires comprehensive, fully compliant infectious medical waste collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal services. The project covers eighteen state correctional facilities housing an aggregate population of approximately 15,000 offenders. All waste pickups must occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects all performance of work to occur offsite. The contract period spans one year, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals for these services. The agency accepts digital responses via email or online submission. All questions regarding the requirements must be submitted no later than June 1, 2026. Evaluation will focus on the ability to provide the requested removal and disposal services across the specified correctional network.
