Pre-Arrest Evaluation, Intervention and Linkage Program Case Management Services

The government authority in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a provider to deliver pre-arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage program case management services to program clients. The selected provider must respond to law enforcement from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to accept warm hand-offs of all arrest diversions. The agency also requires the provider to supply and maintain two dedicated vehicles for the program. The scope of work includes verifying client eligibility, conducting intake assessments, providing ongoing case management, and facilitating linkages to community-based resources and services. Additionally, the provider must manage monthly invoicing with complete supporting documentation, communicate with the project manager, policy workgroup, and community workgroup, and maintain accurate data entry in the case management database. Responsibilities also cover providing staff training, administering all required participant evaluations, and delivering requested data to the project manager in a timely manner. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the contract work will take place offsite.
