Manager and Supervisory Safety Training Consultant Services

The New Jersey public government authority is seeking a consultant to provide manager and supervisory safety training services. This initiative aims to solve leadership and operational challenges within New Jersey public-sector, non-law enforcement environments. The selected vendor will handle the design, development, coaching, facilitation, and execution of introductory leadership training for supervisors and managers. The curriculum must introduce key concepts including accountability in public service, leadership influence regardless of title, and task prioritization amid competing operational demands. Additionally, the training must focus on strengthening teamwork, fostering cross-department coordination, and empowering supervisors and frontline personnel within their defined authority. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently open to all budget proposals.
