Digital Courses Service

The government authority located in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide high-quality and comprehensive digital course materials. The agency aims to ensure all students have access to digital courses aligned to high school graduation requirements and State Standards. This initiative intends to increase student engagement, graduation rates, student achievement, and success in college and careers. The requested scope of work covers complete course materials and assessments of student learning across multiple subjects. These subjects include career and technical education, English, English language development, fine arts, mathematics, physical education, science, social studies, technology education/computer science, engineering, and world language. Materials must utilize current evidence-based and research-based practices and provide explicit high-quality instruction in the digital setting. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.
