First Aid Kits, Cabinets, and Related Services

The City of Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a vendor to provide first aid kits, cabinets, and related services. The agency requires all first aid supplies to be delivered in original, sealed, tamper-evident packaging. Bulk items must be labeled with the manufacturer name, lot number, and expiration date. The scope of work covers providing a comprehensive list of all first aid products available for direct purchase by eligible agencies. Requested products include nitrile gloves, adhesive bandages, gauze, dressings, cohesive wraps, medical tape, alcohol prep pads, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, anti-itch cream, burn gel and cream, hydrocortisone cream, burn dressings, ibuprofen, aspirin, acetaminophen, antacids, antihistamines, tweezers, scissors, trauma shears, face masks, and CPR pocket masks. The agency requires a guarantee that stocked items have at least a twelve-month to eighteen-month shelf life upon delivery. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite and provide detailed, itemized usage reports semi-annually or upon specific demand. These reports must include locations, item descriptions, quantities consumed or ordered, pricing, and dates of service. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 19, 2026.
