The agency is seeking a subscription-based integrated real-time radio transcription service or equivalent AI-powered assistive dispatch solution. This system must provide automated, high-accuracy real-time transcription of all primary and secondary public safety radio channels and talk groups to assist dispatchers, improve situational awareness, and reduce cognitive load. The technology must support incident review, training, and quality assurance while maintaining optimized performance in public safety radio environments characterized by background noise, audio distortion, multiple speakers, radio codes, and accents. The scope of work covers simultaneous multi-channel transcription and integration with standard interfaces such as API, SIP, or vendor-specific connectors compatible with common public safety radio systems. The agency requires supervisor and training dashboards equipped with analytics, reporting, and incident summary tools. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver implementation, training, and go-live support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite.
